The maximum shaft speed of CNC machine tool is not determined by a machine parameter, but depends on many conditions.

Another parameter that matches the maximum speed of the shaft is the maximum speed limit. It is very necessary to set the maximum speed limit of the axis. One of the reasons is that there will be speed overshoot in the process from static to given speed. Especially in the case of high acceleration, speed overshoot is inevitable. Therefore, the maximum speed of the shaft cannot be used as the speed limit. Another reason for setting the maximum speed limit is to ensure that when the speed positive feedback overspeed is caused by the wrong cable connection, the drive system can automatically cut off the servo enable and ensure that the axis of the CNC machine tool will not be damaged due to overspeed.
